This page is
just to let you know about any updates or changes to the site the
webmaster has made. Have fun!
the last update, I've added some video clips to the video
gallery. Also, because of a lot of spamming to the guest
book, I installed a new
guest book program that doesn't post
any entries until the webmaster checks them out first. Sorry
for the inconvenience, but it was better than having all
that garbage in the guestbook! If you have any problems with
it, or any glitches in the site's navigation (like if it
takes you to the old guest book or a nonexistent page), please
let me (the webmaster)
or Ken know. :-)

in a new section on bamboo
rods! Ken has a lot of things he still wants to add to this
section, but this should get you started. Enjoy!
a few updates were made since the last posting here. First off,
please check out the draft video clip on buying
a custom rod, and let me know what you think! Also, please
be sure to check out the new place in the Workshop
submitted by other rodbuilders to share their tips and techniques.
There are also some updates in the links
and customer reviews
several sections of the Workshop.
all the links and got rid
of any that weren't functioning, and added a bunch more!
a page containing a short video of some of Ken's rods in action
on the Chesapeake Bay click
here to see them! I also added a page that's the start
of a photo gallery of Ken's rods in action - click
and more links (in all the
sections) were added today. Note that new links go to the top
of the page. A lot of new photos will be coming soon, as well!
a long hiatus, added a number of new links
and a new "step" in the Workshop on fancy thread work
to show what happens when you cut
the wrong thread! Also fixed a very vexing problem in the
form handler for new rod
orders that was allowing folks to send orders in without
verifying that their names and e-mail addresses were filled
in before submission!

the new guest book on line.
The original one, which happened to be based on MS FrontPage,
didn't work so well, and I've taken the entries from it and
put it into an archive
file. Hopefully the new one (which is PERL based) will work
a lot better. Please give it a try!
